David est très sympa, il est honnête et réponds rapidement. Envoyé par DPD, rapide et très très bien emballé, beaux produits bien finis et il me manquait deux clavettes pour moteurs enertion qu’il m’a gentiment rajouté dans le colis.
Tout fonctionne très bien je dois juste voir combien de km je peux faire avec la batterie.
David est une crème et a une patience incroyable pour mes questions ^^

Ouais Goffy c’est du 10s3p, je pense que ça suffira pour mon utilisation, à voir à l’usage.
dommage qu’il ai pas mis du HE4 comme cellule vs du HE2.
The HE2 was released first. However both cells are from 2013, with only a five month difference in between their release dates.
The second HE2 discharge test is not clean, indicating a possibly lower quality cell (or maybe it’s just a problem with my equipment).
The HE2 heats up faster than the HE4.
The HE2 has to be drained all the way down to 2.0V to meet its nominal rated capacity, whereas the HE4 a more reasonable 2.5V.
The HE2 is not as capable of high-drain (20A) discharges, having been rated at only 200 cycles for (15A), whereas the HE4 is rated at 200 cycles for (20A).
The HE2 I tested is lacking quality control markings which the HE4 and many other commodity cells employ.
There are different opinions about the HE2 and HE4, but we have both now. Bad thing is, all the good batteries (VTC5, He2 and HE4) are always sold out, so we are negotiating with the manufacturers directly now.
About the hub motors: the motors we are going to offer are indeed the ones from Hummina, slightly modified and already mounted on trucks. There are several reasons for this, first of all I have been discussing with John for a long time already and when he started to test and order it, he needed someone to ensure the order volume he needed to get the motors from the factory (minimum 100 pieces). So we supported him in doing so and sent him some money, since we are very sure that those motors are going to hold the promises. John is a very honest person and definitely not a “sales guy” promising things which are unproven.
We will constantly improve things if necessary, but we will be able to delivery in a shorter timeframe in the future, since we will get the motors directly from the factory. We will have to add some costs (Shipment, import tax, VAT, sales tax, warranty, trucks and stuff), which might explain the pricing. Nevertheless, I am sure it will be a very powerful hub motor, since it’s the only one (in the DiY area) which is made on-demand with the exact specifications given to the factory and not just a converted RC-Motor.

great! can’t wait to see the hub motors as today I was quite disappointed (some people would say “this is not my ride”) with CarvON, although Jerry provides a top customer service.
I know, Jerry is a nice guy! I think the problems you experienced might be based on the fact that he’s using 6364/190kv now. They are not performing in my conventional build either and they’re getting hot. Maybe in a dual setup with 83mm, ok - but not in single with 90mm.
Also, the more copper in those 6374/149kv motors makes a huge difference too. So, I still like the dual 6374/149kv 83mm CarVon setup very much and I am using it every day bringing my little daughter to school. Need to post a picture though, the board is really worn out, 83mm wheels lead to a lot of scratches on the motors.
Need to work on my Trampa, we will be offering Trampa in the future too, we made an agreement with them yesterday.

Je ne peux que confirmer. Les stocks sont clairement visibles avant même la commande sur le site, donc pas de mauvaise surprise.

Tout son stock de vesc est testé à priori avant vente.
J’ai pris chez eux VESCS X2, antipsark et boitier bad wolf (que David a du refaire 1 ou 2 fois pour qu’il soit nickel), et c’était parfait.
Bref faut faire bosser les gens qui méritent!!
Première commande chez David moi je suis un peu déçu… Je lui ai écris pour lui demander si il pouvait m’offrir les frais de port vers la France (commande a 355€) et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai envoyé chez le pote allemand de mon père qui habite à la frontière française pour m’éviter les frais de port. Hier je reçois le colis, une courroie manque dans le paquet et David ne réponds pas au téléphone depuis 2 jours (mon père parle allemand et essai de l’appeler pour lui expliquer le problème…). Je lui ai envoyé un mail, j’attends sa réponse…
Vous lui écrivez sur quelle adresse mail pour qu’il vous réponde si vite ? Je sais qu’il est débordé mais de la a ne pas répondre du tout…
il est pê en rush, ou semaine sur plein de projet et regarde globalement les mails que le soir en se moment, je sais pas mais t’aura ta réponse cette semaine
courage pour l’attente ! (je te rassure mes 2 dernières commandes DIYES et des pièces pour mon mount … tjr un truc manquant !!!..)
