 Great ! Thx Richard !!

C’est cool les extensions pour passer en courroie de 15mm! Dommage que ca ne marche pas sur les moteurs alien 63mm…

im working on that!!-

Cool!!!

Yeah !

in fact if your using the Turnigy 245kv motor then actually i can provide that…as the 15mm hub pulleys are 36T …which this kit uses…
my standard 6347 kit use 32T u see…

Yes and i think that the alien motor (63mm) shaft must be a problem. It is too short to fit a 15mm pulley i think, what do you think?

well - it is shorter and the motor pulley overhangs…but its not a problem at all…
its only a rubber belt that is driving…so no side load…i’ve been running my board like this for over a year now…with no issues

The one problem i have found is on the standard Paris trucks (not the 195mm ) because you have to be further along the hanger to accommodate the wider belt, the mount is on the tapered portion and is difficult to align…
so im a bit hesitant to start selling on mass…as i know it will cause me issues with customer fitting it correctly…
what do people think?

I think it could be a probleme also with the caliber 180mm …

well a customer of mine is using a caliber truck and it seems to fit ok…

I think there is no problem to fit the 15mm pulley on the wheel, but maybe there is a spacing problem between the adaptater and the truck base. It is very tight.
We have to test this !

On this picture it seems ok with the 15mm pulley, the adaptater is on the other side

my mounts are quite a lot thinner at that section…

ok it seems good!!

FYI- the 15mm extension pieces are on order for 32T,36T,40T and 44T…
I have decided to have the extensions made rather than full 15mm pulleys…so they can be retrofitted to existing kits …and are easier to have produced by my current machine shop…
Should be in stock in a couple of weeks…

They work like this.
Just press fit onto an existing pulley wheel and longer bolts used…
